Refunds, Returns and Shipping

At Nova Queen Beauty LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience. One that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Shipping: please allow 3 business days for processing and 4-7 business days for shipping and receiving. PLEASE NOTE *processing times does NOT include holidays and weekends*.
Returns: returns will not be allowed on certain products, however if anything is received damaged I will consider replacing that item for you. If I notice that you are a repeat offender you will no longer be allowed to purchase from us. 
Refunds: We will process any refunds for an error on our part. No refunds will be processed just because you no longer want or dislike the item(s). No refunds will be processed for lost or damaged packages.
